It’s been a long time since I updated my website or posted a blog, but I thought it was time. As I sit here thinking about Thanksgiving and what it means, I find myself profoundly blessed with so many friends and business colleagues that have supported me & given me so much Hope over the years. I want to say Thank you to each of you and let you know you are appreciated.

The Holiday season is now upon us and another year has flown by. The kids have grown a bit taller, the Stock market has risen a bit higher and hopefully, we have all learned a bit more patience and found a bit more peace. These are the most important things to remember to seek; Peace, Kindness for others, Patience, Gratitude, Slow down and Listening more, when speaking do so slowly and always with Love, even when it does not seem reciprocal. I find myself less reactive when I remember these things and more capable of being the type of person I wish to be – and I wish this for all of you.

Now a few of my Favorite quotes from 2014:

“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
~~Mark Twain

“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”
~~Aesop

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. ”
~~John F. Kennedy

“You are the embodiment of the information you choose to accept and act upon. To change your circumstances you need to change your thinking and subsequent actions.”
~~A Sinclair

“Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.”
~~Frank Outlaw

“Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right.. Forget about the one’s who don’t. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”
~~Ann Henningsen Edwards

“Sing like no one’s listening, love like you’ve never been hurt, dance like nobody’s watching, and live like its heaven on earth.”
~~Mark Twain

“In the end, only three things matter: How much you loved, How gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”
~~Buddha

“And acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing, or situation-some fact of my life -unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing, or… situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this mo…ment. Nothing, absolutely nothing, happens in God’s world by mistake. ”
~~Dr. Bob and Bill W.

“Let’s make it a gossip-free holiday: “In our appetite for gossip, we tend to gobble down everything before us, only to find, too late, that it is our ideals we have consumed, and we have not been enlarged by the feasts but only diminished. ”
~~Pico Iyer
